Each blog post is the condensed version of a podcast episode, so that you can choose whether you read it or listen to it.

Listen in each week to hear me talk about all things Intuitive Eating and body positivity (it does what it says on the tin really doesn’t it!). I’ll throw in some ramblings about my life too so if you want some light-hearted chat with your information this is the podcast for you. Each episode I'll answer a listener question, and we'll get stuck a the Great Food Debate, which answers the all important questions such as how should you eat your beans on toast, and if you had to choose to eat just one cheese for the rest of your life which cheese would that be?

I love listening to podcasts when I’m getting ready in the morning, and in the car on the way to work, so just to let you know there won’t be any potty mouth in my episodes.
